Party Reputation question

It says: "faction" : Ally (Faintly Good)

 

What does the (Faintly Good) part mean?

Is that the last change to the reputation? It already says Ally

 

I think it must actually mean that I am "Faintly Good" towards becoming an Ally with this faction.
