Lines of spoken dialogue not working

I'm only in the first town area, but I've noticed that some lines of dialogue don't get spoken.  An NPC will start a conversation with spoken lines, and then some of the lines throughout the conversation will randomly not be spoken.  Does anybody else experience this?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
