Cipher doesn't gain focus

Anyone else have this problem? My cipher no longer gains focus for some reason. It's been like this for a while

 

Is there some kind of fix I can do with the console to reset my cipher so he could gain focus again?

it's caused by Horn of moderation, there is separate topic for this bug.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
