Confirming pledge with expansion pledge

I intitially pledged $20 for the digital version of the game and then added $20 for the expansion when that option became available.  I'm trying to confirm my pledge now, but I have no option to indicate that the extra $20 is for the expansion.  As it is now, I would have to upgrade to a higher tier and pay the difference(since there isn't a $40 tier) just to get access to the initial release.  Is there something I'm missing?

I emailed them yesterday at noon and have yet to receive a response.
