I inadvertently moved the text window that comes up when you read a book or document in-game.  Its now stuck halfway below the bottom of the screen.  I can move it farther down unfortunately, but cannot move it back any farther back up, much less to the middle of the screen.

 

I'm running 1920x1080 on Windows if its relevent.  Any ideas on a fix for this would be appreciated!

I came across your post since I have the same problem (with the exact same book). It seems that particular book snaps down the bottom of the screen when you move the window, my bandaid fix was to close the book, open another window (I opened an Insect swarm scroll) and drag the window back to the middle then open the bugged book and not move it around.

I wasn't able to get another book to work by reloading, but when I went back into the game today (after restarting the application) I was able to move things okay again.
