When I try to talk to named NPCs all I am getting is the "read soul" dialogue. The cursor appearance is exactly the same as talk: ellipses in the tool tip.
Is this a bug? Or, is it just defaulting to that because the NPC has no dialogue for me? If so, that's confusing as it makes me thing the talk cursor isn't working.

Fere libenter homines id quod volunt credunt. - Julius Caesar
#define TRUE (!FALSE)
I ran across an article where the above statement was found in a release tarball. LOL! Who does something like this? Predictably, this oddity was found when the article's author tried to build said tarball and the compiler promptly went into cardiac arrest. If you're not a developer, imagine telling someone the literal meaning of up is "not down". Such nonsense makes computers, and developers... angry.
