Several people are complaining about it in the steam forums - so it's not just me luckily...  (well, unluckily for them...)

 

I haven't played yet on my main computer - but my laptop uses a Realtek HD audio  (It's a Asus GL551JM (if I remember right) laptop...)

Try disabling the in-game tutorial tips. This worked for me and many others. Not sure if it will resolve the no voice sounds thing though.

1. Go to your Settings.

 

2. Under Game disable the in-game tutorial tooltips.

 

3. Exit and reload.

 

4. Profit.
