Graphic bug, fire and smoke effect

I just started up Pillars of Eternity and everything looks amazing, except a few smoke and fire effects. For example, the torch that the female character is wielding has these big boxes coming out of it. Same thing with some effects from attacks. 

 

Got a GTX 970, have not touched any graphic options.
