Stuck at 99% downloading from steam?

My game was pre-loaded the other day. Today I got on and more stuff started downloaded (patches and what not?) but it is sitting at 99% done 6.0/6.1GB for whatever it was trying to download. This happen to anyone else on steam?

Yep. It did that for a while for me (I think it was unpacking the files?) but it's all good to go now. My advice is to go away and make a cup of coffee or something and let it figure it out.
