Prima game guide: physicsl vs digital version

Hi.

 

I'm very undecided about which digital version of the game i'll buy, and the game guide is the culprit.

 

I was disapointed with Dragon Age Inquisition's digital game guide. It didn't feel as complete and I was expecting a PDF that I could put in my tablet and read and skim like a book, instead of the website-like guide.

 

So, is the digital version of the game guide an ebook (PDF) or something like a fancy website? If it's the later, I'd rather buy the hardcopy, but then I won't be able to buy the royal edition of the game.
