Obsidian is famous of making buggy games but the amount of bugs in the "finished" version Stick of Truth is absolutely ridiculous.

Month has gone by and nothing happened. You know, when someone spends 60 euros for a game, he kinda expects it work.

Try going into the settings, storage, and then click 'Y' on harddrive, clear the cache and try loading the game now. It worked for me. It was freezing just as Randy was listening to the recording. Sorry if this is a late reply, only just bought the game.

Just clear your harddrives cache. Worked for me
