[PS3] Can't get into Unplanned Parenthood

I'm at the part in the PS3 version of the game where you have to disguise yourself as a girl to get into the Unplanned Parenthood. I have the makeover outfit (the pink one), hair (black hair tied back in a ponytail) and makeup all equipped, but when I talk to the receptionist she just says "Did you accidentally get someone pregnant?" as if I wasn't in disguise. I'd really like to get past this part in the game. Is this some sort of glitch, or is there something I'm missing? Any kind of help I can get with this would be greatly appreciated.
