Currently stuck and have no idea what to do

Iv'e been playing the game for around 25 hours now and haven't really encounterd any problems up until now. I have found all 3 jedi and completed the parts of the storyline associated whith them on the planets they're hiding on,  as well as the one that died on korriban. I have also managed to persuade Vogga to supply fuel to Telos but for some reason the story isn't advancing at all. Maybe there's somthing that iv'e missed or it's a bug,

 

So does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be ? i have a feeling it's got something to do with the fule for telos part because i can't seem to talk to goto about the subject of fule and even after getting fuel from Vogga, goto stills says that i need to aid telos.
