It seems there's a bug when both "amazon patch" & "monk cap" are used together. It had to confer +2PP x2 when we deal a ranged attack to a target with a thrown weapon, but it give only 2PP to the player. I didn't managed to find wich one of these equipment is faulty.
The bug doesn't occur with the "bow and arrow" patch nor when these two patches are used together (thus without the "mon cap").
