Just rescued the kid from the school and as soon as my party appears outside the school, I get stuck in an infinite loading loop.
Tried earlier saves, same deal.
Tried swapping characters before and after the load (after won't work 90% of the time) Tried all combinations of Kenny, Jimmy (I think) Stan and Butters, both a simple swap and swapping back and forth, nothing happens.
Deleted the game from my hard drive and deleted the patch, tried without the game installed and without the patch, tried again with the game not installed but with the patch, nothing works.
Tried reinstalling then running without and with the patch, same story.

I cannot progress in this game at all.
