I could not pass the Randy Marsh abortion mini game. Part 1- a little tricky but doable. Part 2- just use the joystick ( no button mashing). Part 3- impossible as the on screen prompts do not appear telling you when to move the joystick, so Randy keeps dying.

 

TURN ON THE TEXT CAPTIONS IN OPTIONS.

Part 3- on screens prompt appear, and while a little tricky it can be solved.

 

I was ready to quit the game after 30 failures with no prompts.

Once the on screen prompts appeared solved it after the 2nd try.

Did not work for me or my buddy stuck on the Randy mini game abortion. No QTE events even with subtitles enabled. This is a show stopping bug for me and many other players. Obsidians should really address this...but their silence on this forum indicates they've no interest in fixing their game.

Had the same issue on XB360, click and hold the L stick in + direction, worked the first time!

I've had the subtitles on since I began the game and it still doesn't prompt me in stage 3 with the vaccum. Randy makes no sounds, no prompts at all - I literally cannot manage to not accidently remove his testicle and kill him before being shot to death. Please...someone, put out a patch and fix this? pretty please?

None of this has worked for me. Is there still no movement on an actual fix?

Okay so - there is no glitch (part 3 - vacuum). You have to HOLD DOWN the Left analog stick while pushing in the indicated direction. Hope this helps.

 

Remember hold down left stick and move in indicted direction... Did it 1st try.

I have the same issue but i had the surgery with the Hoffs face. there aren't any prompts in the third part and keeps killing me.
