Having a hard time figuring out how to explain this but here goes.

I have two characters Jay and Tay, each with only one save.  While playing Tay I saved over the file I had loaded but instead of saving it copied the save I had with Jay.

While still playing as Tay I saved a new file only to have to have yet another copy of Jay's last save.  Saving over and over again with new files while playing TAY just copied the same save over and over again from the other character.  Again, I wasn't even playing the character the saves were being copied from.

I am unable to progress in the game because all saves are just copies of a previous save.

EDIT::This is my first post and I forgot to mention I'm playing on Xbox 360
