Game crashing at main menu

Can't play the game, crashes as soon as i click "New Game" on main menu. Anyone else had this problem? or does anyone know how to fix? Thanks

Pc, bought on steam..im currently re-installing but its taking a while! 

Sorry for the trouble. Please keep me updated. If the crash happens again after the reinstall, It would be helpful if you could post dxdiag info.
