[Bug] Professor Chaos Issue

Sometimes when I use Butter's ability to come Professor Chaos, he will walk in, hover in the air, but the magic circle doesnt appear.

Professor Chaos gets stuck in the air, and I can't see my character.

 

Is this a bug within the game, or could it be graphic issues on my end?

This is a known issue that only occurs when using mouse and keyboard. On rare occasion, the summon will not start the wheel and thus not complete. This should be fixed in an upcoming patch. Thanks.
