Lost all voices after unfriending a former VP. (PS3)

After completing the "Unfriend Al Gore" side quest I saved my game for the night, but when I loaded it up this morning I found that all of the voices in cut scenes and when speaking are gone. The combat voices and SFX are all still working fine, just voice overs are gone.

 

Is there any way to resolve this?

 

 

I've reloaded all of my other save files and it seems to be a consistent bug, and not just that save file, so I don't think is is something corrupted.

 

Only other option I have is to start a NEW game and hope it still works.
