Game ran flawlessly before the spaceship mission. Now I crash all the time. It happens within 10 minutes of starting the game up. Just a "South Park has stopped working" message. First I thought it might be because I ran out of memory but I closed all other apps I had running and it still crashed.

I'm running Windows 8.1 using Steam.

Have you tried verifying steam game data? are you participating in steam beta? if so disable it.

I've tried verifying it. I've also tried reinstalling it. I am not participating in steam beta. The crashing doesn't seem to happen at any particular time. It's completely random. Tried running windowed as well and it didn't work.

EDIT: Oh, and I should mention. I tried playing from the beginning and it seems to be crashing there as well now so it's not just only after the spaceship. I'm completely puzzled. Game ran fine for 5 hours of playtime and now I can't play for more than 10 minutes.
