Game crash on cutscene

After i save Craig from detention then go to to Cartman at Kupa Keep the game crashes when i go to the cut scene. Cartman just says "Gentlemen..." then quits to windows 7. Tried 5 times changing some options etc, still didn't work.

 

Sorry if this has already been posted but i wasn't willing to read any potential spoilers. Btw i got the game on steam. Cheers for any help
