when I first started the game, everything was fine and i beat the game. But I wanted to play again but on hardcore difficulty so i made a new character

but this time, i cannot customize my character. the beginning customization works but when i put on a wig, it doesnt work and it still shows my default hair, I put on glasses but they do not show on my character, etc.
