Can't get passed "Press Start"

Hi guys,

 

I'm having trouble with getting passed the "Press Start". When I get to this point once the game has loaded can't do anything. The screen is black with just "Press Start" moving. I can hear the game make a click sound as I push start. I have the ps3 version. So naturally I tried to install and reinstall the game, but nothing has worked.

Any info will help thanks.
