How do you select add ons for the kickstarter?

Did I miss something on the kickstarter process. I pledged $77 for the $50 digital tier and wanted the expansion and strategy guide, the kickstarter page said there would be a survey where you could pick the add ons once it finished. Has anyone else already selected this stuff or are we all waiting.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
