For those of you who loved Portal, especially GLaDOS, there is a new expansion pack out for Defence Grid which includes her as the anrrating AI. As usual, things get... interesting. It's definitely a new spin on Defence Grid, with exactly the same humour and voice actor as GLaDOS from Portal. The levels are also set in Portal.

 

I thoroughly recommend Defence Grid the original game, too. Awesome tower defence fun.

 

Defence Grid, the Portal expansion, and the extra level DLCs are all available on Steam at the moment for $8 total:
