Attachments and Animation Questions

I noticed that, when equipping any of the pistols with a laser sight, it uses the same model as the pistol scope, but the icon shows a proper underbarrel laser sight, and the attachment point is modeled on the pistol. Does anyone know if the correct model for the laser exists in the game at all, or was it fully cut? Also, on assault rifles, it seems to display all of the sights in a row on the gun, rather than the specific one that is equipped. Again, the menu icon shows the proper graphic of just that particular scope.

Also, is it possible to copy/overwrite/edit animation files so that Mike single wields SMGs with both hands like the AI does?
