The connection to my TV from my PS3's HDMI cable is intact and connected correctly. Video out is fine besides when I boot this game. I can play any other game, watch video via blu-ray and stored media, I can browse the web. Only booting this game do I get this problem.

I stopped loading a game demo in the background. This fixed my problem.
