Russian version bug: Ini settings True\False values translated and probably not recognised by game

Hey Obsidian, just look how the game config looks like in Russian version.

 

Seems 1C-Softclub loc devs translated few strings they shouldnt translate at all.

And it seems that game dont sav setting properly in russian version due of this.

 

Please add this to important bug list and fix it in patch or release semi-official hot-fix (since it easy to fix bug).
