Confusion between GMT, CET and IST. Conversion not helping.

Right so earlier this month I watched an arsenal match which was 16:00 UK time. I found that the match started at 22:30 IST and 17:00 CET. The problem is that yesterday was an arsenal match which was starting at 16:00 UK time and 17:00 CET. Now this meant that it would obviously start at 22:30 IST. However I found that when I came online to see the match at 22:30 IST, the match was over about 3 hours ago, which does not fit into the equation. Can someone please tell me what the problem is? I live in India by the way.
