Well i got the game from a friend,

 

but it was in some language, and im not sure what kind.

 

any way to change it?

 

i managed to download the game without it, but cant play with out it in english?

No, you cant, you have to buy the game with the language given. You cant change the language manually, you need to buy a new one in the language you want it in.
