I haven't played Kotor2 in about 2 years so I decided to break it out again and install it but when I was on the installation for Disk 1 it gives me a error and closes the installation, here is what it says:

It does this every time and I have no idea how to fix it.

It sounds like your game CD is damaged mate. You need a new one.
