I'm having the same exact problem that the person in this thread was having. I've tried updating drivers, patching the game, downgrading drivers, reinstalling, rebooting, changing settings, everything! I can't seem to resolve this. I was really hoping someone has a more enlightened answer this time around (I hate "obsidian sux restart lawl").

 

I'd be very appreciative if anyone had any information on this crash.

AMD 3800+ 2.0 GHz Dual Core

2GB RAM

Radeon X1950PRO

I believe it has to do with Radeon X19590PRO my uncle has it and he cant run it either. Not that its not capable just compatibillity issue

Ack! I really hope that's not the case. Everything else runs flawlessly. This is the only snag I've hit! I'm hoping this isn't it, but I appreciate the reply, regardless.

Well make sure all your drivers and motherboards have the correct updates. And try putting your graphics card on performance and enable Verticle Sync.
