Please help

ok, i am at my wits end with this freaking game, I was never albe to go to Dantooine when kotor2 was on my old comp becuase i had a radion graphics card, i just recently got a brand new computer and now the game screws up even earlier than before, and new probs too, sometimes i cant click on stuff, or i cant move, then other times it will get stuck in a loop like when im using a console, i will click on an option but nothing happens or if it does it takes awhile, and other timescertain parts of the game go black, just black, i have all the updates for the game and my computer, idk wtf tdo and i really really want to finish this freaking game i have had it since it 1st cameout and im VERY anxious to play it all the way through. any help would be hott oh btw here are my computer stats Amd athlon 64x2 dual core processor 5200+ 2.61ghz 2gigs of ram and a geforce 8800gt
