I seem to have the same problem that some others have had on this forum. When I try to run the game the screen goes black and then an error message pops up. I tried to implement some of the fixes but nothing has worked. I re-installed the game, I have tried to get new drivers for the video card, and I have tried replacing the exe. file in the hard drive with the one off of the CD. Nothing has worked so far.

 

I am running a Gateway Laptop with a 1.5 GHz Celeron M and 448 RAM, Windows XP, and an internal VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP video card with 64 MB of memory.

 

After I install the game it does a scan of the computer and I get a red requirement failure of my graphics card, It says "Required: Non-Windows Generic OpenGL 1.4.0 drivers" I don't know how to fix that since I already tried to use windows to find updated drivers.

 

Please help me out.

Sounds like the graphics "card" is not suitable for running the game. Have you tried a different PC? ( Or Laptop. )
