This is a real 2D game, from Mugen.

Man, MUGEN. The only game where Akazukin Cha Cha vs Sadako vs Shredder vs Alucard in all 2D glory is not only possible, but pretty everyday fare.

 

Now, if I could just find decently done Bleach chars and not just Heat the Soul rip-offs...
