My problem is that when i try to install it via steam i get a message "Your purchase is still being processed - Steam will notify you when the transaction has been completed. Until then, this game is not available to play." Now it as been like this for about two days and i am getting angry and i'm wondering if you guys got any advice about this. I will never use steam again!!
Darque Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 I have no idea. Do they have any sort of toll free tech support you can call? Or a FAQ for their service?

Morgoth Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 From the www.steampowered.com support: "I am receiving the "Your purchase is still being processed - Steam will notify you when the transaction has been completed. Until then, this game is not available to play." error when attempting to play a game I just purchased - what should I do?" Answer: You will receive this message when our Credit card processor are unable to handle the amount of transactions we are attempting to process - when your subscription is authorized you will be emailed your receipt for the transaction. Important Note If you receive this message for more than 2-4 hours after completing your purchase - or if you receive this message after receiving your receipt for the purchase - please try logging out of Steam and logging back in to ensure your recent purchase is recognized on your Steam account.
