Can't get Windowed Mode

I searched and found topics about getting out of windowed mode, but none on getting in. I've changed the two fullscreen settings in the swkotor2.ini to 0, and also added the -w, but the game keeps running in fullscreen! I've tried different resolutions, but it won't go into windowed mode. Can anyone help me?

same except when i try to make changes in ini it wont let me save wtf is going on HELP

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
