wierd feedback options glitch

On Nar Shaddaa It won't let me see my health, my party, or my attack and force powers. I have tried fixing it with the feedback option but nothing works. I can't see anything on the screen but my char and its surroundings. It doesn't happen on my other chars. Please help!

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
