Malachor V Crash

So I went through Malachor V and I am up to the part where I confront Kreia. However as soon as the conversation with her ended and we go to fight the game just stopped. music continued, but all motion and gameplay froze. Furthermore, when I try to load from my last quicksave (made the second before the crash) the game loads a quarter of the progress bar and stops. I also noticed that when this laoding screen comes on it lacks the usual tips and tricks below the loading bar.

 

can anyone assist me?
