Can't get past first two intro videos

I just got this game for christmas and have just installed it. It doesn't work though. I always get the error after first two intro videos which says" Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lord has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and at bottom it says the usual "send" or "don't send". I have everything right for hardware but the graphic thing which is "SiS 760" and the ram which is a bit low with 384mb.

 

I suspect it is the SiS 760 that is causing it but not sure.
