Game crash at char creation

Ok i just bought the game today and my computer meet all the requirements. I start the game and it loads just fine but when im creating my charecter the game will freeze then the screen will go black. Then my computer shuts down.

 

I have tried other version of Radeon drivers from 4.6 - 5.3 and i get the same crashing problem as before.

 

 

1258megs of ram

Syntax Motherboard

9800radeon pro 5.4 drivers

latest Directx drivers

win 2000

Try the Omega Drivers...I think the website is www.omegadrivers.net. Let me know if that helps.

I fixed it! It wasnt a driver problem at all, it was a motherboard problem.. I switched my setting from 8xagp to 4xagp and it works perfectly now :-
