February 28, 200520 yr I need help on how to turn a .bmp avatar into any other type of avatar that Obsidian accepts and I also need help on how to get a moving picture as my sig. Please help.

February 28, 200520 yr open the picture up in MS Paint, click on file in the top left of the screen, go to 'save as' and change it to JPEG, as specified above.
