Black Screen After Opening Movie

After the openeing movie ends the screen goes black. Music is playing in the background and I am able to move the mouse and Ctrl Alt Delete out of the app.

 

My PC doesn't meet the 'Video' and 'OpenGL' requirements on the Hardware Test although I was able to play KOTOR smoothly without any problems on high detail without meeting these requirements either.

 

My Graphics card is integrated which I saw in the Trouble shotting notes as causing some issues. Does anyone know what changes I could make to allow me to play?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

  3. Adjust your preference.
