Korriban Tomb

My problem is this:

After defeating Revan in the Korriban Tomb the conversation with Kreia didn't trigger and the door didn't open. My character is now trapped in the cave. Is there anyway to fix this? If not could someone send me a save (preferably lightside male) after all the Jedi Masters were found? Korriban is my last planet.
