i have the cats 5.2 but how to do upgrade my OpenGL drivers?

 

i have ATI Technologies Inc. -1.34898 Win XP Release

and it says it requires: Non-Windows Generic OpenGL 1.4.0 drivers

 

i thought the cats would fix this but it doesnt, anybody know
