Hey everyone,

I installed KoToR2 yesterday and everything was running fine. I don't crash (after updating to my latest drivers) at all. However, for some reason the game really lags (it keeps pausing for a brief second over and over while running around). My hardware is WAY over the recommended stats, so I'm quite confused. Additionally, I scan for viruses/spyware once a week (and did so just before running the game). I also defragged my hard drive. Here is my hardware:

 

CPU: Intel P4 2.8GHz w/ hyperthreading

Vid Card: ATI Radeon X800

RAM: 2 gigs

Sound Card: Soundblaster Audigy LS

Motherboard: Gigabyte P4 Titan

 

So I'm not really sure what's going on. I should be able to run the game with all the settings maxed and not really have any lag issues, right? I even tried lower the textures to medium and the AA to 4x and Antistrophy to 8x and it still lags.

If you read the messages already on the board, you'll have your answer in short notice.

ive still got no reply im so sad i need it to be debugged :p
