Greetings all, I've read most of the posts and I haven't seen this bug yet. Everything was working fine with TSL until I got to Citidel Station at Telos (for the first time). Now, any combat that I engage in ends abruptly with a midrange buzzing sound and a complete game freeze. Any ideas?

I have the same problem but it happened after i beat the assassin droid at peragus.
