Cannot leave Freedon Nadd's crypt

I entered Nadd's crypt, killed the combatants, then my party cannot leave the room. I keep getting a message saying "cannot leave the battle" or something. I've already emptied the crypt and cannot interact with anything else in the room. Has anyone else had this happen?

I had this same problem, I had to back to the last autosave. A diologue is supposed to happen after you defeat Reven.
