ok im not entirely sure its a glitch but on gotos ship u rescue ur character and u keep gettin comp programs to unlock things, and i got the one for the power changes from primary to secondary power, so how do i get the door open? ive been tryin all day and it keeps sayin magnetically shut and no matter how i switch the door from primary to secondary, i tried shutting it down, restarting it, and overloading it- it wont let me do that. So how do i open the door? is it a glitch- im happy to say ive only had 1 glitch the entire time.

im in the same boat,,,I overloaded the gas chamber and that blew up...Im stuck in here 2.Ive been here for about 4-5 hors now.

you go to the bridge and use the console to turn off the power. You get the program from the room the exile was found at.
